Capcom seeks to review the future remake of Resident Evil 2
Capcom is certainly still shocked by what happened earlier this year when it launched that Resident Evil HD Remaster and found the pleasant news that reached to sell across platforms over one million units. And nothing likes news so clear to continue operating a franchise beyond imagining.
Comes the second part
In the same way that Resident Evil 2 hit stores because of the success of the first title in 1996, now repeats the story and the arrival of version Remaster or Remake is a consequence of the figures achieved by the title of early 2015.
Now Capcom has opened a Facebook page which is directly asking fans of the franchise what is your opinion on how to cope with this remake, how they see, what they think they should have and, from there, to compose a situation what it will cost to launch the project.
The answers are not left waiting and users have come to tell Capcom any job you go on the line to do the same as the release of the first Resident Evil will seem good, that is, respect the essence of the original game, with their original limitations result of the time when they went on sale, but with obvious graphical improvements.
The latter results in modeled scenarios again, with the best graphics that can be included in the characters and putting a lot of those updates, with sharper textures and hardware effects that the new consoles can generate almost no muss.
So far the Japanese have not said that this hypothetical HD Remaster Resident Evil 2 is in development and seems more a touchdown with your prospects to see if school. That is, if there is expectation and that can then be translated in units sold. And as you cannot go to Kickstarter to actually measure the impact the game, then they resort to these tricks.
But I will notice that this game has enough focus and can only we know about when it will be available and on sale at all digital stores of PlayStation, Xbox and PC. What about you suppose the same?
